Great to see UK Development Department contributing to tackling excellent causes

Earlier this year, i participated in the Live Below the Line Challenge with my society at university (Politics and International Relations Society, Royal Holloway). Whilst the week was indeed a challenge, we managed to raise a staggering £1,426.83 over the course of the week. Our funds were donated to Action Against Hunger. It was thus definitely a wonderful feeling noting the active progress the charity is making in tackling global issues.

Here’s the blog i made for the Live Below The Line Challenge (something i highly recommend everyone able to participate in) and here is a link to one of the gripping challenges we face in today’s society.
